Richard L. Cronenberg is widely known
and highly respected in the construction industry as
an experienced, competent professional estimator. His
skills have enabled owners, architects, developers and
contractors to rely heavily over the years on his ability
to accurately predict and control construction costs.
His experience includes 19 years with
Turner Construction Company, where for 7 years he held
the position of Chief Estimator. It includes 10 years
with real estate development companies American Tectonics,
Duke Associates, and Tipton Associates, where he held
Vice President positions responsible for all design,
estimating and bidding activities.
Mr. Cronenberg is known for his attention
to detail, follow through, and perseverance. He has
excellent people skills, and is an effective member
of the design and construction team.
Richard L. Cronenberg graduated in
1960 with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering Degree from
Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He served as a commissioned
officer in the Civil Engineer Corps, U.S. Navy, and
is a Registered Professional Engineer in Ohio and New
York State. He is a member of the American Society of
Professional Estimators, and the American Society of
Civil Engineers. |
