Cronenberg & Company, Inc.
was formed for the principal purpose of providing construction
consulting and cost estimating services to business owners,
public & private institutions, architects & engineers,
and constructors. It was incorporated in the State of
Ohio on February 15, 1991. The
Company provides professional estimating services to
determine and monitor the cost and quality of commercial
building construction projects. It establishes realistic
budgets for funding, and provides accurate estimates,
value engineering, and cost control during all phases
of design. It has an excellent record in achieving final
bid results within the project budget.
Cronenberg & Company's services
are provided by professional cost estimators with extensive
real world experience in building construction. Estimates
are developed in all design disciplines, including civil,
architectural, mechanical and electrical. The latest
computer technologies are used to digitize information
and prepare estimates from customized databases. The
Company is a pioneer in the integration of the estimating
process (Timberline) with computer aided design (AutoCAD).
The sole principal of the Company
is Richard L. Cronenberg, Owner and President. His previous
experience includes 19 years with Turner Construction
Company, where for 7 years he held the position of Chief
Estimator. It also includes 10 years with real estate
development companies American Tectonics, Duke Associates,
and Tipton Associates, where he held Vice President
positions responsible for all design, estimating and
bidding activities. |
